Management Services Northwest, Inc. has always been committed to environmental responsibility, and continues to find ways that we can improve our company through sustainable conduct. As an active member in Building Service Contractor's Association International, Management Services has a great many resources at its disposal to maintain the highest standards and practices in 'Green Cleaning' cleaning to protect health without harming the environment.

Management Services Green Cleaning Standards

Management Services is committed to using only environmentally responsible chemicals. To do this, we make sure all the products we use are certified under the Green Seal GS-37 standard as an environmentally responsible cleaning product.
No abrasive cleaners are permitted as part of our cleaning procedures.
We train our staff to use correct product amounts in the proper dilution to achieve optimal results, while minimizing water usage.
We train our staff in the proper use and care of all equipment and tools, so they work correctly and with maximum efficiency.

Paper Products

Management Services Northwest is committed to limiting our carbon footprint. Did you know that the USA produces 90 million tons of paper annually and in turn, consumes 100 million tons of paper in that same year

While using recycled fiber is a key ingredient to reducing this consumption, it is also important to use supplementary fibers as well. The Forest Sterwardship Council (FSC) is committed to communities' rights to a healthy environment, workers' rights to beneficial employment, and indigenous' peoples rights to control their traditional lands and protect their cultural identity. Ending the clearing of natural forest ecosystems and their conversion into plantation for paper fiber. Ending the use of wood fiber that threatens endangered forests. Stopping the introduction of paper fiber from genetically modified organisms.

We participate in the FSC program by only using FSC certified 100% recycled products for all of our business cards, letterhead, and envelopes.
