Janelle Bruland, CBSEPresident and CEO Janelle Bruland purchased Management Services Northwest in 1995. At that time it was a small janitorial company with 10 employees, and has now grown into a Regional Facility Management Company providing a one call source for all facility services from janitorial to complete facility management. Ms. Bruland is President and Chief Executive Officer and her responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the company's business, with particular focus on strategic planning and business development. Ms. Bruland serves on the board of Building Services Contractor's Association International (BSCAI), the largest international facilities services trade organization, serves on the Editorial Committee for Services Magazine, and is author and speaker on various business industry topics. She is also an active member of Vistage International, the largest CEO Business Organization. Ms. Bruland attended Western Washington University and holds a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. In 2005, Ms. Bruland obtained her status as a Certified Building Services Executive, a prestigious symbol of excellence in the building services industry. |

Barbi Jo Ludwig, CPAController Barbi Jo Ludwig joined the Company in 2008 as the Controller. She works closely with the company's CEO on creating and analyzing the monthly financial statements. Other responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting and monitoring of cash flow. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Ludwig worked as the Controller of Intrepid Learning Solutions, Inc. in Seattle, WA. She holds a B.A. in Business from Washington State University and a B.S. in Accounting from Central Washington University. In the beginning of 2009, Ms. Ludwig obtained her C.P.A. accreditation. |

Brent SpauldingGeneral Manager of Facility Services Brent Spaulding joined Management Services Northwest in 2002, and served as Project Manager until being promoted to General Manager of the Total Facility Services Division in 2008. He manages the Maintenance and Project Services Department, Commercial Landscaping Department, and Special Services Department. His responsibilities include sales, customer service, overseeing day-to-day operations, project management and staffing. Mr. Spaulding is an Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) master technician, certified in Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, and Commercial and Residential Carpet Care Services. Mr. Spaulding is an active member of American Builders and Contractor's Association, and the Washington Association of Landscaping Professionals. |

Lisa Haveman, RBSMOperations Manager of Janitorial Division Lisa Haveman joined the company in 1999 and is currently the Operations Manager. She is responsible for the administration and monitoring of Management Services Northwest's day-to-day janitorial operations, projects, and staff. She oversees all janitorial budget analysis and projections, and monitors all compliance issues on client contracts and assists in new business development. In 2006, she obtained her RBSM certification (Registered Building Services Manager) from The Building Services Contractors Association International, the largest International facilities services trade organization. This certification was obtained by successfully fulfilling the designation condition of eligibility and passing all examination requirements as approved by Building Service Contractor's Association International (BSCAI). |

Terell WegBusiness Development Terell Weg has been with the company since it started in 1995. In 2008 she assumed the position of Business Development. Ms. Weg works closely with the CEO on development strategies and is responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing. Ms. Weg holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Gonzaga University with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Sociology. |

Janel Ernster
Human Resources Manager Janel Ernster joined Management Services Northwest in early 2009. She is responsible for the daily management of the Human Resources Department as well as staffing, benefits, and compensation. Ms. Ernster brings over 17 years of industry experience, most recently from Haggen, Inc, where she was Director of Human Resources. Ms. Ernster attended Western Washington University and the University of Washington, and has been PHR certified. |
